Return Policy
EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/colour/style, please send us an email at info@walkinboutique.com stating your order number, the reason for an exchange, and the preferred item.
- You may exchange any item within 30 days of its original purchase date
- We will review your request and reply to your email within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays not included
- If we have the stock you requested, we will ask you to return your item/s as per the return instructions below.
- Once we receive your package, we will send you another one with the new item/s requested
If by any chance the requested item/s are not available for the exchange, a return is still possible
RETURNS
- If you would like to return an order, please send an email to info@walkinboutique.com within 30 days of your original purchase date stating the order number and reason for the return.
- The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all original tags attached.
- If accepted, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund which may take up to three business days.
- Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and may use their preferred method of shipment.
- All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Send an email to info@walkinboutique.com stating the order number and the items you are sending back. State the exact reason for the return.
